Located just south of Killlarney Manitoba, this house is situated just off the highway of the side of a small valley. It reminds me of a time when things were more unsettled, when work was hard to find, and when people traveled looking for a way to support themselves. In my mind, I can see these travelers arriving and being welcomed to share a meal and send the night in shelter. In those days, those who were more fortunate provided practical help.
