I have never been happy with how the original image was processed. Strong back lighting created a variety of issues that degraded the image but I could not seem to get around to fixing it. Now however, this picture, along with many of the others in this collection, are being made into a book in support of a local show of this gallery. As a result, I decided to re-process this image using more current techniques which have retained details in the shadows and highlights, and improved the colour of the image overall. While the results will not be included in the first printing of the book (because it is already at the printers) it will be include it in any future copies.
Finally I offer my thanks to and both of whom worked with me on this project to make it a reality.

Initially I considered a title of Road Warrior, but that did not really capture the feeling I had for this old truck. There is a sense of pride and dignity about him. In his day, I am sure he provided good and worthy service. But today, he has only his dreams and hopes.
Ford. Right on. As lady willow said, where do you find these things? Great shot.

There's a sort of chalky, exaggerated-grain look to the whole thing. It's quite interesting but ... Have you been "playing" with it, or is the Plaquenil med actually starting to effect my eyes?

We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
