I took this picture a number of months ago but have not posted because of the quality. The depth of field is not adiquate, because I could not get enough light on the organ to stop down, and I did not have a tripod.

The image was taken in an old school house. The organ is about all that is left in the building which is maintained by the local community.

I hope to get back there after the winter and re-do the shot. This time with enough light to obtain the maximun depth of field.

I think the depth of field is great, I think the picture is great, the color is crisp and clear and you can see it has character..history! I :heart: how you see things, it shows up in your photos.

Thanks for your kind words (and favourite). It is a beautiful instrument, and I am fairly sure I can do better with more time and light.

This...is absolutely fantastic. I love the richness of the colors and the un-evenness of the keys. Makes it feel like a well loved and well played instrument
