Initially I was going to call this image Come Home to Ford and while I like that title, because of the nest in the light, I have decided on something a little more cryptic that describes the artistic thinking behind the image at the time it was taken.
Shapes and forms are an important part of artistic expression to most people who create. I would have liked to say ALL, but I have not met all of you yet, so that would be an overstatement. Even the poets I have come to know, sometimes use actual shapes in their work to contain the emotion they wish to portray. So this work has an image within an image so to speak, just like some of the the poems I have read. Here is an example that comes to mind from and here is another excellent example from another writer: [link] by neonxaos Ok, so I am little off topic now. It has been a long day. So this is a picture of an old Ford truck. But it is also a picture of a seven and two zeros. And that is what I saw when I took it, certainly NOT the truck. So at the risk of offending James Bond, I give you 007 or Ford Infinity. enjoy. (1938 Ford truck) |
