I like the idea of actually crossing a line, and arriving in another season, kine of like going on a journey through a star gate or some other science fiction device. And I suppose the concept has truth when you think that the seasonal times happen as the sun appears to cross certain points in the globe.

"Seeing" the unusual...EVERY DAY
I have actually been processing for some time now so that the images look good on Canvas. This is my preferred mount, and it requires is bit more saturation and "softening" to pull it off. A few others I know who have tried it, don't like it because it tends to look "dead", but I think i may have found a way to overcome that limitation of the canvas Gislee image..... in short, I like it too, and I like the painting effect.
