I live on the prairies, and there are a number of older areas that used to be more populated. As people moved away, many shcools, churches and houses were abandonded. In some of these communities local comunites have preserved someof the buildings. And in some cases, they are still used.

The organ is in one of the old churches that I sometimes frequent on my travels.

I love this one too! The detail in it is just amazing, as are the shadows and reflections - subtle, but efective. That's why I like subjects which are more aged - the new ones aren't nearly as fun to look at... :)

Not, actually. As of this moment, I'm in the Bronx. *Bronx cheer*

(Not born though. Just for college. ^_^)

But I do really like the idea of living in a prairie area. The idea of solitude and peace is very appealing.
